A Little About Us
The North Jersey Therapy & Diagnostics Centers are Ambulatory Care Facilities consisting of a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility, a sleep disorder diagnostic testing facility, Videonystagmography (VNG) testing and a DME provider of CPAP devices. The facility is located at 601 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ and is situated across the North Jersey Country Club overlooking the beautiful mountain ranges adorned by a magnificent sunset.

diagnostic centers have over 20 years of healthcare and business
experience combined. Our Medical Directors are Board Certified in
sleep Medicine and our Sleep Technicians are Registered
Polysomnographers. Our Management Team will ensure that your insurance is verified, will answer all your questions and will schedule your appointment promptly. This means prompt physician evaluation and prompt delivery of test results & treatment.
Unlike other Sleep Study Centers, our facility is licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services as an Ambulatory Care Facility and Medicare-Certified IDTF (Independent Diagnostics and Testing Facility.)

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

If so, you may be in need of Pulmonary Rehabilitation (respiratory therapy). Pulmonary Rehabilitation provides individualized guidance from our staff on techniques to control breathlessness, prevent panic attacks and maximize endurance. Here at the North Jersey Therapy and Diagnostics Center, we can help you breathe better and improve the quality of your life.
Durable Medical Equipment
Were you found to have
Obstructive Sleep Apnea?
Still having problems breathing?
If so, you may be in need of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). DMEs help patients breathe by providing steady amounts of oxygen with the different airway concetrations. Here at the North Jersey Therapy and Diagnostics Center we provide Oxygen Concentrators, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), and Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP).
Physical Therapy
Do you have back, neck
or joint problems?
Is arthritis or injuries hindering your performance?
If so, you may be in need of Physical Therapy. Physical Therapy assists
patients in maintaining maximum health through a series of exercises
based on their rehabilitation goals. We will help restore your
functional abilities to utmost condition while maintaining a caring and
hospitable disposition.
Are you constantly dizzy?
Having trouble keeping your balance?
If so, you may be in need of a Videonystagography (VNG). Vertigo and unsteadiness are not diseases, but can be symptoms of a problem in the balance system. The human balance system is made up of three distinct sensory systems and difficulties in any of these sensory systems can cause one to feel dizzy, disoriented or unsteady. We will help you gain balance and rid of dizziness for good.
